In 2012, Anthony Gallagher noticed a need for a local music production house in the suburbs of the Philadelphia, PA area. He began his career as a music producer, spending the early years expanding his catalogue of instrumentals and building up his YouTube following. Through collaborations with local artists, his network continued to expand, and he gained over 3.4 million views, and over 5,000 subscribers. 

In 2013, he began his journey in becoming a seasoned audio engineer. Over the next 5 years, he engineered thousands of studio sessions at his partner studio Rotation Records. During this time, he also produced creative video content, created custom websites, and promoted live events for artists and bands at venues in the local area.

In 2014, Anthony entered the live event production industry. He began his career at Live Nation Entertainment at The TLA on South Street in Philadelphia, PA as a Production Assistant. It is here that he learned what it takes to produce live events from the ground up.

In 2015, Anthony was a part of the production team that opened the iconic Fillmore Philadelphia in Fishtown, bringing the venue brand to the city of brotherly love. For the next 6 years,  Anthony worked as a Production Coordinator, then onto Production Manager in the Philadelphia Clubs & Theaters Division. He mixed front of house and monitors live for over 1,000 acts. He worked at iconic venues such as The Foundry, TLA, Tower Theater, Queen Wilmington, Punchline Philly, Highmark Mann, Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, and The Met Philly. He also worked on private events for clients including QVC, TED Talks, the NBA, and many more.

In 2021, he joined the team at ESM Productions, a Roc Nation Company. ESM Productions is a premier, full-service event production company that specializes in the creative design, planning, and execution of high-profile events and broadcast productions. At ESM Productions, Anthony has taken his event production experience to another level. He now works with high-profile artists, political figures, businesses, and a multitude of high-end clients worldwide.

In 2026, he is expanding into the music publishing and entertainment law side of the business. This will give his clients a unique opportunity to not only record their music, but to publish it to the world in the proper way, while maintaining royalty payments, publishing rights, and all aspects so that artists can focus on the music.
